All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer shipping within the United States, typically with UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is free with orders of 3 gallons or more.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Growforge is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Canada Post Expedited Parcel is our standard for Canadian shipping. Upgrades are available at the checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do offer free shipping on most products Canada-Wide with purchase of 6L or more.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Some products(live insects) that we sell will have a longer processing time due to the fact that we need to order these in first before sending them to you. There is information about this within each product listing and we will also notify you when you place a order for these specific products.
There are certain times of the year such as Christmas, where we will be closed for a extended period of time. This will be noted on our website at the top of the page during those times. You can still place a order, but it likely won't be shipped until the date listed. If you are in urgent need of the product, you can email us at email@example.com and we will try a accommodate your order earlier but it is not guaranteed.
Extreme Weather Delays
We want to inform you that during extreme weather conditions, namely excessively low temperatures, we may temporarily hold off on shipping your order to prevent the risk of freezing and potential damage to your product. However, if you prefer to proceed with the shipment despite adverse conditions, please be advised that such requests waive the option for returns or exchanges, as we cannot guarantee the product's condition upon arrival.
